Program 1

• Geographical Reach: Iraq

• Annual Financial Limitation: 100,000 USD

• In-Hospital Services covered up to Annual Financial Limitation

• Out of Hospital Services covered up to Annual Financial Limitation

-          Ambulatory Services: 10 transactions per member per year  with 15% excess per claim

-          Prescription Medicines: 10 transactions per member per year  with 15% excess per claim

-          Doctor Visit: 10 transactions per member per year 

Program 2

• Geographical Reach: Iraq and Jordan

• Annual Financial Limitation: 150,000 USD

• In-Hospital Services covered up to Annual Financial Limitation

• Out of Hospital Services covered up to Annual Financial Limitation

-          Ambulatory Services: 10 transactions per member per year  with 15% excess per claim

-          Prescription Medicines: 10 transactions per member per year  with 15% excess per claim

-          Doctor Visit: 10 transactions per member per year 

Program 3

• Geographical Reach: Iraq, Jordan and American University Hospital, Lebanon

• Annual Financial Limitation: 200,000 USD

• In-Hospital Services covered up to Annual Financial Limitation

• Out of Hospital Services covered up to Annual Financial Limitation

-          Ambulatory Services: 10 transactions per member per year  with 15% excess per claim

-          Prescription Medicines: 10 transactions per member per year  with 15% excess per claim

-          Doctor Visit: 10 transactions per member per year
